The software has been upgraded to Pulse Illustrator and does come with discs and dongles.
The machine can be connected direct to a PC although we have never used this option,we use the 3 1/2 floppy disc drive on the machine and included in the sale is a 3 1/2-USB drive.
There are a lot of discs with 1000s of designs on them,some may be useful!!
