⭕ Here i have my 2.1 Pinto engine up for sale. I have had the engine 3/4 years now, i have rebuilt the engine to this spec and kept it as a spare for my mk2 escort just incase.

Spec as follows,

202 pinto/cossy block (latest of the ford blocks with larger waterways and no rear core plug) new core plugs/ seals /gaskets.

AE +1.50 pistons

lighweight skimmed flywheel to take 184mm pinto clutch

Bottom end is fully lighened and balanced.

RC Performance Race Head ,GRP1 CAM , Turbosport alloy vernier pulley.unleaded

Inlet valve size -41/42mm

exhaust valve size- 34mm

exhaust port size 26/27mm width and 32/33mm height at face

inlet port size -39/40mm At Face ,

inlet,outlet and combustion chambers have been worked.

new timkin belt tensioner and gates powergrip belt

alloy dry sump blank cam cover

Titan series 2 siamesed dry sump pump kit, steel sump pan to fit rwd escort mk1/mk2

engine comes with dry sump tank and remote filter head not shown.

bosch electronic dizzy comes with module/ wiring etc

fuel blank plate

alloy oil filter adaptor fitted to go to remote one.

high pressure oil switch and t piece to go to a guage

alloy turbosport jackshaft pulley

alloy vulcan engineering pulley kit (crank , alternator and water pump)

new water pump

lucas atlernator with nylon alternator strap and clamps

rs2000 escort alloy alt bracket with new polybush orange bushes fitted

there is an additional water elbow fitted to back of the block exhaust side to cool back of the engine cylinders.

new ngkr ap8fs race plugs
