Coaching is a form of applied positive psychology, unlike therapy and counseling, it is not just about talking but is also just about taking action between sessions, based on an agreed action plan to achieve the success you would like!

This also includes idenfiying a defined outcome and find solutions you help you achieve those results, in accordance your personal values while also addressing obstacles that might hold you back in terms of your current personal circumstances such as beliefs that do not serve you well.
