⭕ The roaster has three motors, one for the drum, one for the top fan and one for the cooling tray fan. This means you can roast and cool roasted beans at the same time to keep your output high.

Batches take 18-20 minutes

The roaster has its own chaff cyclone and pipe to connect to standard 125mm flue pipe

Its currently set up for natural gas, but can easily be converted to propane if required

Its a working machine, not a museum piece and whilst its tidy, if you want it to be pretty youll need to polish it!
