It is also more flexible and more holistic approach in contrast to therapies such as CBT.

This also includes idenfiying a defined outcome and find solutions you help you achieve those results, in accordance your personal values while also addressing obstacles that might hold you back in terms of your current personal circumstances such as beliefs that do not serve you well.

My sessions are very reasonable with discounts for both students and unwaged, at the special rate of only £30 (£15 concessions) for 45 min!
