The session length is 60 min and is performed on a professional massage couch (also see pic as thats the couch) during which you can wear anything or nothing and shower facilities are available.

The time stated is the time on the couch so all aspects and feature of the massage need to fit into this allotted time but at least you dont have to worry about your hour slipping away with shower time or pre-session discussion regarding requirements etc.
