⭕ Offered here is a Matchless MX4 engine and Grill with Radiator for a Morgan 3-wheeler. I am not sure what year it is. The serial number is MX4 922 and all numbers match. It was found in a garage where it has been sitting for many years. I tried to turn the flywheel with my hands and it seems stuck. I looked in the spark plug holes and it looks pretty clean.
Probably the rings are stuck from sitting, but I am selling it as is so consider it needing a complete rebuild. Externally I see no cracks or problems with the engine cases or cylinders. The engine and radiator shell have nice original patina and would look good on an unrestored car. There is a small shallow dent on the left front top of the radiator shell (to the left of the morgan insignia), and a 1/2 hole in the back of the radiator. It would not be seen if soldered and mounted in a 3 wheeler. It has been fitted with a Schebler carburetor. Worldwide shipping! Please ask any questions.
