If you have missing pixels or your display is unreadable we can help. We replace the faulty components with OEM parts sourced by ourselves. The repair is carried out by fully qualified electronics engineers which involves stripping down the unit and replacing the faulty parts.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

1. Remove the cluster using the instructions on the site
2. Fill out and print our job form at www.cartronix.co.uk. If you dont have a printer please write out the information manually and put it in the box with the cluster.
3. Sign the form, cut off the Address Label and secure to the outside the box.
4. We recommend sending via Royal Mail Special Delivery
5. When we receive the unit, we will carry out the repair and call you for payment over the phone.

We offer a Lifetime Warranty usually with 24 Hour turn around by post.


We also have a 90 minute fast track service if you come to our workshop in Waterlooville near Portsmouth. (Appointment only)
