⭕ This instrument is comprised of two sections: a Spectrum One FTIR spectrometer and a Spectrum Spotlight 300 FTIR microscope. The Spectrum One FTIR spectrometer is able to operate independently. This IR imaging system works with an array detector operating in transmission and reflectance modes. The imager has dual imaging resolution: 6.25 µm or 25 µm pixel size and generates images with complete chemical information in minutes. It is also equipped with single-point detector operating in transmission, reflectance and ATR modes and it is able to make single point measurement, line profiling, and mapping. The system fully automates all imaging and microscope functions to provide easy set-up, fast operation and permanent alignment, and performs imaging at 720-7800 cm-1.
