What you see here is a classified advert for a much loved old skool solid metal bench that i think shouldCbe in every serious gym not just found in Power Gyms.

Its up for sale with no weights as im only selling due to getting a full size smith machine and just dont have space to keep it. This item should not be connfused by the new school benches that are mast from stupid materials and rock from side to side when laying on them. This is the blue print to what a solid bench suppose to look like and how its suppose to last manyy years later. The bench also raises so you can get a good incline on your Chess Press.
