Hotel On Koh Samui / 180 Degree Sea View
⭕ We are a little hotel at one of the very best locations in the trendy N-E part of Koh Samui (Big Buddha/Bangrak Beach). The island can be reached per flight in 1 hour from Bangkok, their are daily direct flights from Hongkong, Singapore, Guangzhou and Kualalumpur too.
All our rental units have a unique 180-degree sea view, are easy to access, about 300 m from the sandy beach, from restaurants, bars and many shops. Our hotel works since 2013 and our guest vote us on booking.com with 9.1 (from max. 10) points on booking.com. On 10.12.2016 we got an award from booking.com: The hotel with the best price/quality relation at this place. Now - January 20 2017 - we have already reservations for about 18000 GBP.
The EAGLE VIEW VILLA RESIDENCE consists of 1 villa, 3 apartments and 1 small apartment for an employee. All rental units are fully and tastefully furnished, air conditioned, with latest facilities (e.g. flat screen - internet TVs, Denon Hi-Fis, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, oven, dishwasher, water spender, ice machine, coffee machine, Jacuzzi and much more).
The POOL VILLA has a private swimming-pool (8x4 m), a huge pool-terrace (72 sqm) with amazing sea view on a living surface of 235 sqm.
The APARTMENT (130 sqm) has 2 terraces, one with sitting group and a private jacuzzi, one with a little garden and a thai bamboo house.
The LOFT has a living space of 140 sqm and a huge terrace (30 sqm) with its unique sea view.
The STUDIO is an aparmtent (70 sqm) with bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen for 2 guest, with a big terrace (30 sqm) too.
THE EMPLOYEE ROOM has a sleeping room (18 sqm) and a wc/shower.
The premise has storing rooms and a parking space for 2 cars and motorbikes.
The plot has a size of 800 sqm (1/2 rai). The land has a Chanote title (the best land title you can have in Thailand). The hotel is owned by a official registered Thai-Company (Co.Ltd.) and the construction was finished December 2013. First guest came on January 2014.
For foreigners or foreign companies, the buying process would be without any problems, due to the fact, that the buyer could buy the shares of the Co.Ltd.-Company, holding land and houses. The actual capital of the company gives the right to get 2 work-permits for foreigners. We have also a perfect book-keeping according to European standards for the years of 2014-2017. All juridical works (accounting/taxes) was done by one of the most well-known professional lawyer of the island.
Surroundings: From the residence to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach of Big Buddha (3 km long), there are 300 meters only. From the residence to the famous Fishermans village (50 restaurants, many shops) it takes about 10 minutes (3 km) as well as to Chaweng (the center of tourism of the island with all every guest can dream about).
Beaches: The Big Buddha beach is in a distance of 300 m, the nicest parts of this beach in about 600 m. Tongsong Bay Beach, Maenam Beach, Chaweng Beach, about 3 km all.
There is a concrete and good road of 200 m to the residence, calculated from the main road. Due to the fact that our property is at the end of a short, easy to drive dead end road, there is absolutely no traffic noise.
We have top ratings from guest, we got an award from booking.com in only three years and we nearly double the revenues from year to year. Now I am 57 years old and I would like to retire, the reason I want to sell. We have success, but the new owner would have many possibilities to increase the rental income:
- It would be possible to work with other travel platforms like Agoda, Asia Rooms, Expedia or many more. Until now we worked just with 1 travel platform (Booking.com), because I was not searching too much work.
- End of this year, our neighbor island Koh Phangan (20 Min.by ferry/ transfer 55 HK$) will have a new airport. The airport will offer much more cheaper flights from Bangkok to Koh Samui (about 2000 THB instead of 5000 THB) what will make possible, to attract much more tourists to the island.
- Our guest come from all over the world, but mainly from China, Russia, Italy and Germany. Since 17.1.2017 there is a direct flight from Guangzhou (China, 8.5 Mio inhabitants at that town) to Koh Samui. An incredible possibility to increase the rental income with Chinese tourists.
- Near our villa, there is a plan to build the first and very exclusive yacht harbor of Koh Samui as well as many luxury restaurants too
- Koh Samui has 3 international and wonderful golf courses too (e.g. Santiburi Golf and Country Club). With a clever marketing, there would be many possibilities to increase rental income with golf interested people, because green fees and other costs are very reasonable, especially at the other two golf courses of the island.
