Both the DM6000 B stand and CTR6000 are matched units. The microscope has a motorised Z-axis and a motorised x,y stage can be easily fitted (not supplied but the CRT6000 and Leica Smartmove device has the electronics installed to support this). The sub-stage condenser (Leica 11505141) is a motorised Bright-field type with a 0.90, S1 (505150) cap. The trinocular viewing head (Leica 86 11505146 BZ:03) is also ex-demo. The camera is attached with a Leica HC C-mount 1x adapter (11541546). N2.1 (green excitation, red fluorescence) fluorescence filter cube included in the 8x Motorised filter turret. The vertical illumination system has a fitted motorised aperture diaphragm and 5 step Fluorescence Intensity manager which is controlled via the front touch screen). An optional motorised Excitation manager supports fluorescence emission when using double or triple filter cubes and mechanical booster lens increases fluorescence intensity. The Objective turret is also motorised and accommodates 7x M25 objective lenses.
