⭕ Here for sale is a Lycoming LTS-101-650 Gas Turbine with custom drive package. This Lycoming turbine is a turboshaft turbine with free turbine power section that produces 650 shaft horsepower. The turbine sits in a custom engine cradle that is coupled to a reduction drop down gearbox. The reduction gearbox has a built in accessory drive that has a hydraulic power steering pump installed as well as a free turbine brake. The free turbine brake consists of a rotor, caliper, and electric over hydraulic master cylinder. From the reduction drop box the power is then directed into a daytona Forward-neutral- reverse gearbox where it outputs into a drive shaft yoke. The oil system is self contained with oil pump, filter, and reservoir. The unit currently has a fresh water oil cooler installed for marine applications, yet a standard automotive cooler can easily be installed.


This turbine and drive package was originally installed in a Navy Seal Landing craft designed by Marine Turbine Technologies. This package is ideal for a turbine powered boat, since all the hard work has been done for you. This would give you a tremendous savings in time and money. This unit cost well in excess of 150,000 when built by MTT. This turbine is also ideal for automotive projects and can easily be adapted for a muscle car, truck, or even aviation use.
