⭕ Hello, this is Anastasis, owner/tattooist at Titan Tattoo , Barnet, London UK. I opened this studio back in June 2006. A lot of money, hard work and care went into the making of it. Over this period of 11 years it has served me very well. I have plenty of returning customers, from small work to my usual custom big pieces.
The area is 50 s.m. and consists of : Reception area with real wooden floor,open and tiled work area very comfortable with two working units, drawing area, stencil making desk, toilet and sterilisation room. It comes equipped with : sofa, table, reception unit, glass display, Tat soul tattoo bed, armrest, stools, bins, autoclave, big copier, music unit and great speakers,brand new boiler and alarm system.
The studio can easily accommodate two tattoo artists- if not three- and if you work with disposable tubes the sterilisation room can become a piercing area. Lots of space for parking and a lovely big pavement at the front too.
Basically it is an ideal place for someone that wants to get in and start working straight away. The new owner will be getting a new lease with a very reasonable rent, as from 2017 the premises are business rates exempt. The asking price for the business is 25K , in fact I have spent that money building and equipping the shop.
