⭕ May 1960 Fender Stratocaster serial #52...Owners family proclaims that it was refinished in the early 1970s.Refinish is Dakota Red in polyurethane.Headstock decal is not original its a inacurate Spagetti decal applied under the clearcoat at the same time the guitar was refinished.Volume pot has been replaced.3 position switch replaced with 5 position switch.Original Tone pots and capacitors.All plastic original.Pickups and screws original.No routing on the body under the pickguard.Bridge, saddles,vibe bar,and switch tip are original.Original shielding plate under the pickguard.Pickguard is an 11 screw nitro.Jack and plate original.Screws are wrong and holes are enlarged.Strap buttons are original.Tremelo Block and claw are original.Tremelo springs original.Dual line Klusen machines are not original date to the mid 1960s.Machine head ferrils are oversize and incorrect.Penciled neck date is original.Serial number plate correct and original.Slab board,neck,fingerboard,frets,and clay dot inlays are original.Nut is original.Resistance readings Bridge:7.8 ohms,Mid:6.3 ohms,Neck 8.5ohms.
