The room is very spacious and comes fully furnished with double bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bookshelf and mirror.

I am sadly leaving this fantastic house because I am soon relocating in Scotland, and I am looking for someone ASAP to take my place.

The house boasts a huge living room with balcony and view on the river (its just in front of the SS Great Britain), comfy sofas, big dining table, a spacious kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge, freezer), a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

You will be sharing the house with three lovely guys, very respectful, clean and tidy.

The bathroom is shared with just one flatmate.
We also have an allocated parking space in the car park plus a guests parking permit.

The monthly rent is £467, bills not included.
Also you will be asked to pay a deposit and an agency fee.

The property is strategically situated on Hotwell Road: a short walk to the city centre, UWE (Bower Ashton campus), the harbourside amenities, shops and cafes.
