The master suite is secluded to its own side of the villa and includes his and her sinks, bathtub and walk in shower, new 40 TV and glass sliding doors that open up to the lanai. The other side of the villa includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which can be closed off from the living room by shutting a pocket door. The queen bedroom has a new 32 TV, its own private bathroom with walk in shower and access to the lanai. The twin bedroom is located right next to the third bathroom, and also has a new 32 TV. All bathrooms are equipped with a blowdryer. Huge open living room includes 2 leather reclining sofas, a new 55 TV and over 20 of sliding glass doors opening to the lanai, inviting the outside in! There is a brand new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Full cable and high speed internet provided throughout the villa. We provide towels, linens, & blow dryers in all bathrooms. If you have young children, I also provide a high chair, pack n play, and umbrella stroller for your convenience. This house will sleep 6 in beds. Our house has everything you need and so much more!!

The villa has all you need to enjoy outdoor living including a heated pool, new gas grill, large dining table, 32 TV, a selection of pool toys, and luxury sun loungers. The screened in lanai faces southwest so you will enjoy all-day sunshine while gazing upon the lush tropical landscaping that surrounds the villa. We have also provided 4 bicycles for your use to explore the Rotonda!

To make your days at the beach more enjoyable, we have provided you with a selection of folding chairs, sun umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels.
