I love to cook and this kitchen has worked out perfectly! The studio is furnished and includes all of the furniture you could need. For a small price I will leave you all of my kitchen utensils and pots and pans, bought brand new at the end of January! This building was opened in September so the room (and the whole building) is very clean and everything is in working order. Downstairs there is a very nice gym, a room with a pool table, and a cinema room. You can get a parking spot right behind the building for a monthly fee, and there is free bicycle storage. Also, from the studio window you will have a great view of the Minster! I love this place but I have to leave York, so Im happy to pass it on to the next lucky person! Note: you would be taking over my lease, which lasts until September 2 (its an easy process - I actually took over someone elses lease when I got here, so I can tell you the details about it).
