The room comes fully furnished with double bed, new windows, new fitted carpet and build in wardrobes, computer desk, table, chair, Sharp TV, mirrors, and other things. There is a spacious kitchen as well -with new washing machine, new cooker, microwave, brand new fridge &freezer and all utilities included. Bathroom (bath and shower) is separated from the toilet with its own window. There is no living room available.

For a single occupier only! The rent is 550 pounds per month. 4 weeks deposit in advance required. Broadband available, Council tax and water rates included. Gas and electricity not included.

The house is located: 5-7 minutes walking from Battersea Park Station, and Queenstown Road Train Station approx. 10 minutes. Day and night buses which connect you to Central London.

10-15 mins by bus to Sloane Square and Knightsbridge, Waterloo
20-25 mins by bus to Hyde Park, Oxford Circus
