Would suit students, tourists, backpackers and the like who need a good clean up maybe and would appreciate access to all house features; baths, showers, washing machine, kitchen and so on ... Plenty of shops close by and within easy reach of central London by tube.

Would be looking for a few chores around the house (maybe) and some interesting favours of an adult nature in lieu of rent. All is negotiable so no harm in asking.
