Im Isabelle.
Im 19, bisexual, size 18, 38E and want to move out. Im trying this instead of a conventional rental because it sounds more fun and I would prefer to save for the future, but can afford a conventional rental if this isnt right for me. So if I dont find the right place with the right person I wont do it, Im not in desperate need of a property I would just prefer to try something different.
So this ad is because Im looking for free rent in exchange for what you want. Obviously nobody else would know about this, it would stay strictly between the two of us. Id only be interested in your property if its only shared between the two of us, or is a flat/house etc. I dont want room shares with 6 other individuals as its too crowded for me.

Im very open minded, have a very high sex drive, kind, respectful and a good cleaner. Id want any agreement to be realistic, like if youre expecting 6 times a day every day- thats not going to happen. Not because I wouldnt want to, but because Id have stuff to do some days- I will be living there like a normal tenant would resuming daily life. Im looking for a flexible agreement, for example, at least 6 times a week Id like for you to... or my day off from work is on Wednesdays so at some point during that day...

If youre sitting there in your house with a spare room thinking, yeah to the right person I could share. Then maybe message me. Before either of us commit to anything obviously wed meet.

What Id want from you/the property.
- For you to be kind, respectful and normal (which is a hard thing to find online)
- For you to be honest about everything youre looking for and be flexible in times.
- My dog would have to come with me (hes a small caviller spaniel)
- The property to be in a half hour perimeter of Bridgend. (Closer the better)
- The property to be clean, tidy and ideally pretty. Id need my own room.

If youre reading this thinking its ridiculous. Sorry to offend, but personally if I had a spare room and enough money to not need rent, Id much prefer companionship. So Im just looking for individuals in that situation which share the same view point.
