I am the live-in landlord who is about to become the live-out landlord. Im offering a furnished, fair-sized single room in a very relaxed (but clean) shared flat in Palmers Green.

Im looking for someone reliable and easy going, whos going to get on with the other two lads. With that in mind, I think Im offering a good deal, so I can hopefully pick out a person who will fit in well.


The room comes with a decent single bed, a dressing table, a book shelf and a good amount of built-in cupboard space. Weve got a very big, fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room with a big TV, a mini-gym zone, a little balcony (complete with astroturf), perfect hot water, good internet, normal heating and all that good stuff.

The flat is about 15 mins walk from Palmers Green High St. Its not too near the tube, but theres two different train lines going into central within about a 5 minutes drive. There is free, off-road parking and tons of buses nearby.

Both housemates are male (31 and 37), clean, professional, sporty, good laugh etc. One is a sports teacher and the other is a struggling Portuguese actor/truck driver. Theyre both very easy to get on with, respectful of noise at silly hours and clean. We all get on well and its a fairly sociable house. At the same time, everyone has their own interests, so people are out as much as theyre in really.

No particular criteria for what they or I am looking for in a housemate/tenant, you just need to be fairly low-maintenance and easy going.

Deposit would be 1 months rent, but could be split over 2/3 payments if it is difficult to get that together..
