The apartment is on the first floor (if looking from the front) and due to not having a balcony offers more spacious interior living space.

Accommodation
The living room has two comfortable sofas beds and offers stunning panoramic views of Caswell Bay.

The lounge/diner/kitchen is open plan and has a flatscreen TV/DVD player and a CD player.

The large dining table has four chairs (an additional two chairs are available in the bedroom).

The 2 full size Sofas in front of a coal effect fire offer a lovely comfortable ambience in which to read under a good reading lamp, or by watching the surfers who when the tide is in are just metres away.

The newly refurbished apartment has a new kitchen and is well equipped with integrated large fridge and two drawer freezer, microwave oven, ceramic topped cooker and dishwasher.

There are 2 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and one with full size bunk beds. The main bedroom has bedside cabinets and lamps each side of the double bed and a walk-in wardrobe.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and basin, and like the living room has under floor heating.
