We are called The Living Room, and it truly lives up to its name in both the physical setting and the atmosphere weve created.

The property also features 2 ensuite cottages, 2 ensuite bungalows, and large dorm/house. There is room for about 4 or more rooms in the future. There is a separate, newly remodeled kitchen and a separate public restroom with 2 stalls (toilet, sink and shower).

The 2 story cottages provide something unique in the area, akin to the popular tiny home with a downstairs private living room, an upstairs sleeping loft, and an adjoined ensuite bathroom. One has a hot shower installed (a luxury here). The 2 single story bungalows, more typical of the area, also have adjoined private bathrooms. The have solid brick and concrete construction with tile floors and grass roofs, which keep them naturally cool. The upstairs floors are wooden.

There is also a 689 square foot building that could be used as a dormitory for backpackers, staff housing, group or family rentals, or your private house. We have used it as a combination staff housing and dormitory, but the possibilities are endless. It also features solid brick and cement walls and a grass roof, but is on raised cement feet with a wooden floor. There is a possibility to add an additional upstairs level. There is also a room behind the bar of the same size that we have used as staff housing and also storage.

This has been a profitable business that has been growing every year as more and more tourists flock to our area. It is truly one of the newest hot spots in south east Asia and this is the perfect time to arrive. The business which weve literally built from the ground up is completely ready for you to walk in and run it as is, or make it your own and add even more rooms and your own personality.

Selling for personal reasons, but will also be sad to leave our little paradise and the amazing community that thrives here. A lot of love has been put into this property and we hope the right person will adopt it and keep its legacy growing.
