⭕ Myself and my partner, Dylan (22), are looking for a housemate (male/female/couple, we dont mind!) for a room in an apartment which we have viewed, reserved and are very interested in. The apartment is a large 2 bedroom penthouse in the newly opened Neptune apartments. The complex is ideally located in Honeypark, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin.

The apartment comprises of two large, spacious bedrooms (ensuite with showers in both) and plentiful storage. There is also a gorgeous balcony off each bedroom. There is an office area, common washroom and utility room with a washer/dryer. There is a large living area come kitchen/dining area. There is a spacious L-shaped balcony off the living room which overlooks the gorgeous square of the complex. All electric appliances are BER A2/A3 Rating - high energy efficiency that are very cost effective. The electricity and heating are both top-up systems, so no monthly bills. There is private underground parking, a communal gym and onsite maintenance and management services (all included in price). All rooms are wired for TV, Cable, Satellite and telephone data. The complex is walking distance from both Dublin bus routes (eg. 46a) and DART services.
