⭕ Hi londoners!!!!

I am currently looking for a parseon to take over my room (in our great flat!) for the next six months.

Perfectly located, on Shoreditch high street, near the kick bar, facing Calvert avenue.

about the flat: great open plan kitchen and living room with open spaces and feeling of wide spaces and high ceilings.
Everything you want is there: big kitchen to cook, large bar, dinner table, washing machine and dishwasher, cumfortable couches, wide flat screen tv, hi fi sound system, vinyl player...

The living room is very nice to hang out in and offers larges spaces even for 4 people.
There is also a nice backyard !

The room: decent size but not huge, furnished, large wardrobe, double bed, etc (one detail to be fair: windows give directly on the living room)

the tenants: we are 3 very friendly people around 25-30yo, 1 canadian girl, 1 Argentinian Girl and 2 french guy working in Fashion/Finance/Media/Vine. We have all quite standard hours, but have busy lives with many friends in the area.

We like hanging out together as we like to keep to ourselves.
We like the usual stuff, music, dinner, clubbing, sports, enjoying east London, etc

about you: we want someone who is clean and who lived with roommates before, hence who knows everything that it implies: being clean, taking care of the flat and paying attention to others!

We tend to really share the flat and spend some time together, share friends, interest etc !
Good taste in music, films, art... is a big plus ;)
