Im looking for someone who is a chilled out and easy going, happy natured person that is respectful, clean and tidy without thinking, who is fully employed that I can share the apartment with.
The room available has a double bed , set of drawers a hanger & mirror and there is plenty of further cupboard space in the apartment you can use.
Located three floors up, the apartment has all the things you need a home to have. It has a large lounge room & with the balcony door open, gets a nice cool breeze in the coming summer, you can relax in the sun.
You will be sharing the apartment with me - Im a 40 y/o male who loves traveling as I work in the snow ski & travel industry (so I can get you cheap holidays) Im open minded down to earth and all that stuff, and like a good conversation but as I like - talk all day, Im also happy to wind down - keep to myself at the end of the day too.

Including all bills the price is £550 per calendar month with a 1 month bond
