⭕ The master bedroom is a large (22x11 feet!) upstairs room with four windows, two closets, and direct access to the full bathroom, which is shared with two other housemates.The house itself has a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and French doors that open onto a patio that is excellent for grilling and sitting with friends on summer evenings. The patio is surrounded by a lawn and some space for a vegetable garden, if you are interested in maintaining it. The living room and dining room are excellent for entertaining guests, and the kitchen is well-equipped and large enough to allow multiple people to cook at once. The radiators work well in the winter and there are A/C window units for summer. There is also a washer and dryer in the basement, as well as a half-bathroom and plenty of storage space.

You will be the third person living in the house; the other two are twentysomething professionals with active work and social lives. They enjoy watching Netflix and HBO together over wine, sharing meals, and discussing books and politics. The house has been a magnet for good people since I moved in three years ago and they have fit right in.
