I would like to do a home swap BCN-East Mindlands during August.

I have a nice 1 bedroom private apartment suitable for 1-2 people located in the modernist area Eixample Dret, just 5 minutes walking to Ciudadela park (the best place for Sunday mornings), 20 to Barceloneta beach, 10 to Born (a really cool area for those who like cultural and non-touristic places), 10 to Sagrada Familia and 10 to Plaza Catalunya (the exactly city center where is the touristic Las Ramblas).

The apartment has a small bathroom with shower and a living room with a double king size bed and a full kitchen with all commodities (washing machine, freezer and all kind of necessary utilities), as you can see in the pictures. The apartment has indirect light during all the day (nice for summer time in Barcelona) and fast WiFi.

I would like to exchange my decent apartment to any apartment/bedroom in East Midlands. I just require a place where I can go on foot (I dont have driving license), which has WiFi and the necessary commodities for living there during one month (or most of the month).

About me, Im a 31 Spanish male artist and my plan is just enjoy the art and culture of the city in a place where I can concentrate for my writings.
