⭕ I arrange small adult parties and need new locations for them.
Potential venues must have:
- Discreet entrance - no inquisitive porter/concierge
- Reasonable sized bedroom, need to get around 8 people in there
- Shower - dont want to have to share bathwater after a party!
- Close tube links

Not needed overnight, mostly a couple of midweek days 11am-9pm, occasional weekend evenings.

Looking for around £150 per day or can negotiate if youre looking for a permanent let.
