Im a 23 year old student based in London. Im temporarily without a place to live and dont have enough saved to get a new place due to a lack of work. Im hoping somebody has a spare room and would consider renting it to me with perhaps an alternative form of payment. Cooking, cleaning, perhaps something else as I said Im open minded but in urgent need of somewhere.

A little about me: Im cultured, educated and very easy going. I was well raised and have a good sense of humour. Im quiet but fun to be around and would be a perfect flatmate. Im a considerate person and very clean, I take care of my appearance and personal hygiene. Im into film, theater, music, sports and love cooking and going out for fine dining.

My ideal scenario would be a flat in zone 1 with a charming gentleman or Lady. Please let me know asap if this is something youre interested in. Thanks
