I am looking for a 2 bedroom rental property, preferably a bungalow in the Brighton and Hove area.
I am looking for a property that is run down and needs some renovating.
Both my father and brother are builders (with years of experience and their own business) and another brother an electrician, we would do the required work (with the landlords guidance), and in exchange I would ask for lower rent.
We would be long term tenants, as my son is starting school locally.
The reason I am posting this, is because rental prices are son high in the area and this is a way of me trying to manage that expense whilst having an opportunity to make a home.

We have done this before with previous rentals, so can provide photos and references.
