Im keeping the info limited on here as there are many ads, spam and time wasters, but I want to know what kind of sex orientated people, are truly on this site.

Sex, of some kind will be likely, even if you are watching or hearing me in the room next door. Previous tenants know what I am like. But details of your current location and situation is important as I usually have normal tenants here and i am advertising on gumtree so if this approach doesnt work i will go back to having a normal tenant here. You would be living here and ideally you would be working as well, but i do need to get a sense of who you are.

If interested then make yourself known. No one under 25 pls and please identify yourself in your reply in the form of a picture so i know who i am dealing with. if you cannot do this or expecting free rent, this ad is not for you.
