Situated on the 2, 2A, 2B, 46 bus routes all stopping outside the house and is 20mins walk from Southwick Station. There is a large Tesco Extra and Coop supermarkets 5 mins walk away.

The room becoming available is medium and more suited to solo rather than double usage, but has an en-suite sink and toilet. We have 2 kitchens, large lounge, large dining room, good bathroom, large garden, parking for at least 5 vehicles, 1 single garage, a 4 car garage and storage space in a large attic. you would be based in the annex which is attached to the main house and this also has a guest room and social area and the second kitchen. the rent is £400 per month and £120 p/m to cover house bills making £520 p/m. We require a £500 deposit payable in advance and we are 4 persons mature in age but not in lifestyle and are all smokers so would suite a happy working smoker.
