The other bedroom is used for my business and I do visit up to twice a day for 5 minutes to collect and drop things off. Its only this 1 room I use and no other rooms would be accessed. Feel free to ask for more details!

£200 per week or £800 per month includes all bills and reasonable use of heating (electric and cannot be left on all the time).

Would suit mainly single people although couples also fine (not friends or family as its only a double bed!)
