At the moment we have two PhD students (two males), two working professionals (one female and male). We are looking for people around our age group and outgoing (preferably students). Females tenants will be a bonus as for one, they are usually cleaner and two, to add gender balance to the house ha ha! But all the above are just preferences and not requirements. One thing we expect though is cleanliness as we are quite clean people.
