There is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine and tumble dryer), and a newly renovated bathroom with an electric shower. The bedroom has a single bed, and is furnished with a chest of drawers, and a desk and chair. There is unlimited wifi and free parking spaces.
The flat is 10 minute bus ride and 20 minute walk from East Finchley tube. Also, there are good bus routes to Highgate, Muswell Hill and Brent Cross. We are also on the N20 night-bus route and the northern line is now 24 hours running. Central London on the tube is 20 minutes away.
East Finchley has a lovely villagey atmosphere with plenty of good shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. It is a very safe area to live in. There are lots of green spaces nearby with Hampstead Heath, Highgate woods and Cherry Tree wood all within walking distance.
It is a quiet, easy going flat. I work 4 days during the week and am looking for a friendly, considerate flat mate to join me.
