⭕ Hi. I have a sofabed in my living room, that Im currently renting for just £40 pw. Females are preferred, as Ive had trouble recently from guys drinking or taking weed, and then behaving like idiots! Because of the lack of privacy and storage space, its really only suitable for short-term stays. My house is in a quiet area, on the edge of Paignton, but surrounded by countryside, yet only a 15 min walk from three major supermarkets. The Zoo and South Devon college are also about 1 mile away, whilst the sea is just over 2 miles. Major bus routes pass nearby - Totnes is 14 mins away, and Torquay 30 mins.
The house is occupied by myself, and a long-term female lodger.
Please note that Im an easy-going guy, and also a naturist, so hope you are comfortable with that.
