⭕ The apartment is a very-large, bright and elegant. Im letting out 1 bedroom from the two bedroom second floor flat on a quiet and popular street right on the city center. Having completed a total refurbish a few years back, you will find a modern kitchen, bathroom, carpets, boiler, bed and mattress and so on, so you can be sure your stay will be a very comfortable one.

Your bedroom features freshly washed bed linens on a queen bed with King size duvet (you can never have too much blanket), two pillows, a minimum of 4 UK Power Outlets, a 4 port high speed USB charger (charge ALL THE THINGS!!!), your own wall mounted space heater, a small wooden desk, office chair, and some light shelving. You have your own double-pane window looking out to Manor Street, although you can hear the road moderately well through the window. Youll also get two fresh large towels and a small handheld flashlight for feeling safe and finding the bathroom at night.


I have the fastest internet that is offered in the area (4MB/S roughly - although the Quality of Service sometimes varies...), plentiful hot water for showers, the possibility to wash clothes as much as you like in the washer/dryer combo machine located in the kitchen (although as always with these combo machines, the dryer is essentially useless), an iron and ironing board, a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, oven with 4 stove-top electric hot plates, and a small refrigerator). You also have access to the TV, and surround sound.
