⭕ I left uni early and now have a spare room to rent!
It was 125, but I have lowered it to 80pw, it includes all bills/ tv licence/ ect.
The room is the largest in the flat (and is big by uni room standards), and included a queen bed, wardrobe, desk, and chest of draws. The bathroom is communal between 2 other rooms (however only one person also uses the bathroom).
Other communal areas include the kitchen/ living room. This has standard university kitchen appliances, along with extras such as washer/dryer and dishwasher. The lounge portion has a large tv, along with sky and a wii.
There is also the availability of off street parking.
The flat is ground floor on ambrose st, but has high windows to maintain privacy. Its a 2 minute walk from the beach, 5/10 minute walk from the high st, and 15/20 minute walk at most from university.
