I am looking for a studio flat to rent in zone 1, to work from.
I am Qualified Massage Therapist and Holistic Practitioner with well established practice.
Ive been living in London for 12 years and Ive been staying in the same address for nearly 10 years.
I am looking for a studio flat in locations e.g. Padington, Mayrlebone, Euston, Holborn, City of London, Kensington or other areas in zone 1.

Studio - preferably quiet, clean and in decent state,
- ideally unfurnished or partly furnished,
350/420 pw including bills,
lenght of tenancy - to start weekly (short term) and after I would be able to sign a long term contract,
Date - from 3rd May.

References and qualifications available (Ive been staying in the same address for 10years).
Both private owners and agents considered.
