⭕ STUDIO FOR RENT

A fully furnished and independent STUDIO: 600GBP per month all charges included: electricity, water, heating, internet via WIFI.

The studio (25m²) is all equipped and furnished, in the studio you have your own kitchenette fully equipped (fridge, two electric hotplates, dishes), your own shower and WC, which means that you wont have to share anything with us (except the entrance to the house! that well have in common). In the studio, there is a room with one bed (+ additional bedding at disposal under the bed), bed linen are furnished, there is a dresser, a desk and a chair. The WIFI is AVAILABLE and included in the price of the rent. You also have a TV at disposal in the studio. (see pictures)

The washing machine is at your disposal once a week

Situation/Location: the studio is located in 149 Gloucester Road, SW7 4TD South Kensington, London (London Close Suburb), we live in a residential area, it is very calm and safe. London is easily accessible from home; public transports around:

-Bus station is located within 5 minutes walk from home (bus number 234). The Bus takes you to the nearest metro station

Price of the transport pass: £31.20/Weekly(the price of the pass includes all zones and transports in and outside London, which is just great to discover the whole region!!)

Please note that we are looking for a student or a young working person, Non smoker, serious, respectful and discreet. Onluy well home trained pets. Short or long stay. Students from abroad welcome too.
