I need a well behaved individual who is
respective of other tenants privacy.

You will need to proof you are in employment
You got residency permit to reside in the UK full time
You need 2 weeks cash deposit, 1 week payment to
secure and move in. (RENT £95 weekly )
inclusive of all domestic bills.
