I have just spoken to Thomas cook online,they have advised that if you have already booked and paid for a holiday with them,and there is atleast 4 weeks left until you travel,you can send in the vouchers with your booking reference number.They will them refund the equivalent onto the card that you have paid for holiday with.Hope this information is useful.
