Front and rear end trim station consisting of one 0.3hp motor at 12000rpm with a double shaft with two 100mm diameter saw blades. The blades are trimming from the bottom of the panel to the top and are fixed at 90 degrees. The station has two independent adjustments to facilitate the flush trimming of the front and rear edges of the panels edged with material up to 1.5mm thick. Top and bottom trim station equipped with 2 x 0.3hp high frequency motors running at 12000rpm. Each motor is equipped with cutter blocks with 4 combination TCT cutter tips to facilitate the flush/fine trimming of all material up to 2mm thick. Each station has lateral tracing to follow any variation in the board and vertical tracing for adjustment of the trim.
