⭕ Wanted/Partner for Tex/Mex TapasBar/Catering Start up or Pub takeover.

Hello,

I am a Canadian citizen who lives in Vancouver and have done research on the restaurant market here. We have new rules here for immigration and working visas, so now it is a good time to invest here in Canada and have a Canadian life.

I am looking for a business partner or partners to come in on a Tex Mex Bar & Grill startup or take over an existing Pub.

For the startup I have the concept and rough menu in mind plus a good location for guaranteed success and am looking to start a restaurant and bar chain here in Canada and North America.

For the Pub takeover it is an existing business with existing clientele in a growing area that grosses around 650,000 USD per year.

The takeover is a local favorite , turn-key, full service, Bar with Food Service, with 50+ seating. Beer and wine license included.

The location is in Vancouver BC Canada. The start-up will be a Flagship restaurant tester for North American and World Chain buildout that will have shares for partners to float for corporate expansion.

The Pub takeover is a no-brainer revenue earner & wouldnt need to be changed at all. The equipment, furniture and fittings will all belong to the landlord all that is required is to meet the monthly rental and pay staff wages & food & beverage costs.

I am looking for people with a good financial background with liquid assets/available cash. Entry level investment should be around $150,000 - 175,000 USD.

I have sourced finance for equipment and leasehold improvements for no money down. Also I have sourced loan finance for start up costs with 25% cash down.

Preferred candidates will have a background or strong foodee interest in the culinary arts or have restaurant or restauranteur experience. However a business administration background will be considered too.
