⭕ Big bedroom going in a large house on Coldharbour Lane in Camberwell. The bedroom is on the first floor and is the biggest room in the house. Its huge, bright and airy with lots of space. Room is unfurnished (but could try to convince the landlord to provide a bed if necessary, and possibly a couple of other items), and there is a deposit of £400 that is paid to the leaving tenant. The tenancy agreement (rolling with one months notice needed) will be updated with your name but no agency fees. Ideally we are looking for someone who wants it long term.

The house is set over three floors with two toilets, a bathroom and a shower cubicle, big kitchen and separate big living/dining room. We also have a back garden with patio.

Denmark Hill and Loughborough Junction are the closest stations, both a 5 min walk away, and loads of buses to all parts of London go from Camberwell Green and Brixton tube is a 5 min bus ride or 15 min walk away.

Youll be sharing with 3 guys and 2 girls aged between 27-32. We are all from mixed professions (advertising, art, architecture and retail) and while we all very much have our own lives and interests its important to find someone who is easy going, doesnt take themselves too seriously and enjoys the company of others.

Bills come to about £50-60 per month each and we have a cleaner who comes every fortnight.

The room needs to be taken from April 1st and well be holding viewings on Saturday 25 March.
