Earn returns between 5% and 17%. We invest in the US housing market by buying rentable homes in need of repairs for typically under $40,000.00 USD. We then spend about $10 - $25,000.00 USD to repair them. We put them on the rental market for $800-1450.00 USD per month. We put our own money into each and every home we buy with you typically, between 1% and 15%.
We are C & M Construction Corporation. We have over 30 years of construction experience and over 20 years as a landlord. We are a small, lean operation. Our fees are simple and clear. We charge an 8.5% acquisition fee for finding the property, obtaining the repair estimates, and overseeing all repairs to make the property habitable. Additionally, we charge a fee equal to 10% of the collected rents per month.
We collect rent, repair the property (billed at cost), tenant screening, tenant retention, and evictions. We deposit available funds into your account monthly. Thats it simple, clear, and easy to understand.
