I have a nice and decent sized 1 bedroom apartment for NYC standards that is suitable for a 1-2 people only. My place has a small bathroom and living room with nice sized kitchen and bedroom, decent for Manhattan standards. The apartment is in a walk up building but very private and quiet for a building in the center of Manhattan. My place has everything, TV with cable, WiFi, appliances, etc.

My place is located in Midtown/Central Manhattan at the Chelsea/Hells Kitchen border and literally close to everything. Heads up, I dont drive which makes me hope for a place close to many things.

About me, Im a 34 year old male and looking for a place is that is good enough for 1-2 people as well. I really dont need anything fancy, just a place to that is suitable as well.

I have done housing swaps before and they worked out great. Im looking to visit in the Summer of Fall and can do around a week depending on the timing.
