Im a former Personal Trainer whos been sitting on my bum for far too long at a desk job. My fitness levels have taken a dive, and Im not in the shape I was. Ive made a decision to get back into it, and Im looking for others who want to do the same. Although Im not currently in the best condition, Im trained, qualified and experienced as a PT, so I can plan the sessions, give you feedback on your form, help you progress, and take you through safe warm-ups and cool downs.

Im in my 30s and Im upbeat, friendly and motivating. In my PT heyday, I worked in a private gym, and featured in various fitness videos as a presenter and fitness model. As Im only just easing back into it, and will probably be more out of breath than you are, I would only charge 50% of my former fee, so if youre interested, you can currently book me for £30 an hour.
